Over the years I’ve hosted countless paint parties, workshops, fundraisers, and creative events. People often ask me what supplies I use, so I created this page to share some of my favorites.

These are products I personally use, have used in the past, or recommend based on my experience running paint parties and creative events.

I’ve tried to include affordable, beginner-friendly options that help make hosting paint parties easier and more enjoyable.

 Heat Press, 15 x 15

This heat press is great for adding designs to tote bags, aprons, t-shirts, and other personalized items. I like having one available for special events, gifts, and creating custom items for my paint party business.

Portable Voice Amplifier

If you’ve ever tried teaching a room full of excited painters, you know how helpful a voice amplifier can be! This allows me to speak comfortably without straining my voice and helps everyone hear instructions clearly, even in larger venues.

Wireless Speaker System

Perfect for larger events, outdoor paint parties, or venues with background noise. A wireless headset allows me to move around the room while teaching and still be heard clearly by everyone.

A good apron is one of those little things that makes a big difference at an event. These tabletop easels are one of my favorite supplies for paint parties. They’re lightweight, easy to transport, and provide a comfortable painting angle for guests. They fold flat for storage and setup takes only seconds, making them perfect for classes, workshops, fundraisers, and private events.

Paint Storage Cups – 0.5oz

These small paint cups are perfect for preparing paint kits and organizing colors before an event. I use them to portion paint for individual painters, making setup easier and helping reduce waste. They also work great for storing leftover paint between events.

Paint Pot Strips – 0.35 oz,

These connected paint pots are one of my favorite ways to prepare paint kits. Each pod fits about 0.35 oz of paint. Each color stays organized and secure, making them perfect for take-home kits.

Heat-Seal Bags

These self seal bags are a great option when you want your paint kits to look extra professional. Use them to package your paint, embellishments, or small accessories. When sealed, they help keep items clean, secure, and neatly organized. Do not overfill them if you are planning on shipping your kits, and it is better to heat sealed them to avoid spilling during transit.

Mini Bag Sealer

This little gadget quickly seals plastic bags and is surprisingly handy when assembling paint kits. It’s perfect for closing the paint bags, giving your kits a more professional finished look.

10-Piece Flat Paint Brush Set – 3/4 inch

I include either a 1″ or 3/4″ flat brush in all of my paint kits because it’s one of the most versatile brushes you can have. It’s perfect for painting backgrounds, filling in larger areas, and creating clean lines. It is a great quality paint brush.

30-Piece Flat Paint Brush Set – 1 inch

A great option for paint paries, workshops and paint kits. Theser versatile beginner-friendly filbert brushes offer good quality at an affordable price, making them perfect for larger events and groups projects.

60-Piece Round Detail Brush Set – 0.47 Inches

These detail brushes are perfect to use on your paint parties and to add to your paint kits. They work great  when adding lettering, outlines, highlights, and finishing touches to paintings. I often include detail brushes in paint kits when a project has small elements that require a little extra precision.

These are best suited for paint kits rather than paint parties. For my in-person events, I prefer to use higher-quality brushes that can be reused many times.
