My name is Silvia Backlund, and I’ve been an artist and graphic designer for most of my life. One of my greatest joys is sharing art with others — and that’s exactly why I created ARTorable.

For me, painting has always been a way to relax, let go of stress, and just be present. It’s a little escape from the everyday… and honestly, a bit like therapy (but way more fun!).

ARTorable is all about “fun art” — no pressure, no experience needed. Whether you come with friends, family, coworkers, or on your own, it’s a chance to laugh, connect, and create something you’re proud of. Paint parties are a great way to bond, celebrate, and just enjoy the moment together.

I keep everything simple and easy to follow, so anyone can do it. And the best part? You don’t need a reason to paint. It’s just a fun, relaxing way to spend time with others and try something new.

And now, I’m also focusing on something close to my heart, Art that gives back. I love using my skills to support nonprofits and meaningful causes, bringing people together through creativity while making a positive impact in the community.
